Dents Or Us provides paintless dent repair (PDR) and related auto body services in Garland, TX and Kansas City, KS. Estimates are provided in good faith and may change based on in-person inspection. Warranty terms are described separately at the time of service.

By providing your mobile number and opting in (through our quote form, a checkbox, or by texting us), you agree to the following SMS terms.

2.1 Program description

Dents Or Us operates an SMS program to send appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, repair status updates, customer service messages, and occasional promotional offers.

2.2 Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services from us. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number provided.

2.3 Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (typical: 2–8 messages per month).

2.4 Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. Dents Or Us is not responsible for any carrier charges.

2.5 Opt-out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will not receive further texts. To opt back in, reply START or sign up again.

2.6 Help (HELP)

2.7 Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2.8 Privacy

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.9 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number to opt in.

Online or phone estimates are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed after in-person inspection. We will not begin chargeable work without your authorization.

Our lifetime workmanship warranty covers the panels we repair for as long as you own the vehicle. It does not cover new damage, rust unrelated to our work, accidents, or modifications by third parties. Full warranty terms are provided at delivery.

We can assist with insurance claims but are not your insurance agent. You are responsible for your policy terms, deductibles, and any communications required by your carrier.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dents Or Us is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or messaging program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the related service.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, design — is owned by Dents Or Us or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
